Description
Title: Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information pertaining to a contemplated new procurement to modernize financial architecture and service delivery models. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The purpose of the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) is to procure the services of modernize financial architecture and service delivery models for the Office of Financial Management and Transit Benefit Programs (M-70). The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Financial Management and Transit Benefit Programs (M-70) within the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration (OASA) manages the Department of Transportation (DOT) Working Capital Fund (WCF) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to seek industry comments and identify potential Contractors capable of performing the work described in the SOW.
