Description
PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Government s responses to questions received from prospective offerors and to clarify certain aspects of the solicitation. This amendment does not change the closing date unless specifically stated herein. CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION 1. Questions and Answers The Government s responses to vendor questions are provided below. These responses are hereby incorporated into the solicitation and shall be considered part of the solicitation requirements. SOLICITATION REMAINS UNCHANGED Except as specifically modified by this amendment, all other terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements of the solicitation remain unchanged. Questions/Government Response 36C24826Q0312: Fire and Smoke Damper Repair Question: Can you please include the Life Safety Drawings and Mechanical Plans so that we can do a damper count in those buildings. Government Response: All drawings to include prior inspection documents will be made available after award. Question: Is there a current inventory or estimated total number of fire and smoke dampers for Buildings 64 and 82? Government Response: Qty s of dampers for each building are listed in the Performance Work Statement. Question: Do you have any previous inspection reports, life safety plans, or mechanical drawings? Government Response: All drawings to include prior inspection documents will be made available after award.
