Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Replacement Parts to (3) Amiad AMF-93K Water Filters This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0016. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 dated 10/01/2025. Amiad Brand Name only. This requirement is not set-aside for small businesses. NAICS: 221310, Water Supply and Irrigation Systems, $41 million. Delivery Address: USGS Western Fisheries Research Center, 6505 N.E. 65th Street, Seattle WA, 95115. Delivery date for estimate only: ASAP or 03/01/2026. FOB destination requested. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate that they meet the technical requirements. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration. Please submit the following documents: 1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 and FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 check marks and signature 2. Firm, fixed price quote 3. Technical submission including Part and Model number and product specifications 4. Place of manufacturing and lead time 5. System for Award Management UEI Attached Pages: Technical Specifications, 1 page 889 Certification Document, require check mark and signature, 2 pages Clauses and Provisions, 21 pages Brand Name Justification redacted, 2 pages Questions are due in writing to yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 01/30/2026, 1500 PST. Responses are due to the Contracting Officer's email address at yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 02/04/2026, 1500 PST. Quotations submitted by hardcopy shall not be accepted or considered.
