Description
Solicitation is amended to extend the proposal due date and include attachments 80AFRC23R0001_P0002_SF30 (FO IDIQ4) Sanitized.pdf and IDIQ Briefing_Final_7Aug2023.pdf. Solicitation is amended to include attachment 80AFRC23R0001_P0001_SF30 (FO IDIQ4) Sanitized.pdf. This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal under solicitation number 80AFRC23R0001. The principal purpose of the Suborbital/Hosted Orbital Flight and Payload Integration Services IDIQ 4 is to provide space on commercial flights for technology payloads (�by the slot�) along with the associated payload integration services for the Flight Opportunities Program and Small Spacecraft Technology (SST) programs. The objective is to fly these payloads aboard platforms that provide high altitude, reduced gravity, or other relevant environments required to test the technologies and advance their readiness. In addition to the payloads, the contractor may provide space for Government Suborbital Research Specialists (�by the seat�) to fly as researchers aboard those platforms capable of supporting human flight. The flights and other services solicited are for use by NASA and other Government Agencies (OGAs). NASA will conduct this acquisition as a full and open competition. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted electronically via email to Angela Stinchfield (angela.t.stinchfield@nasa.gov) and Melissa Newell (melissa.newell@nasa.gov) by August 7, 2023, at 12:00pm Pacific. Telephone questions will not be accepted. Offerors shall follow all instructions listed in Section E, Electronic Submission of Proposals - Proposal Marking and Delivery Through NASA's EFSS Box (Nov 2021) of the attached RFP for submission instructions. Proposals are due no later than 12:00 PM Pacific on August 28, 2023.
