Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Advertisement General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease space in the delineated area listed below: Project No. 3NV0157 City: Reno State: Nevada Delineated Area: North: Ingenuity Ave to W Calle de La Plata to Sun Valley Blvd to Clear Acre Ln to N McCarran Blvd West: Sierra St to Plumas St to Lakeside Dr. South: Holcomb Ranch Ln to S Meadows Pkwy East: Veterans Pkwy to Sarks Blvd to Pyramid Way Space type(s): Warehouse, Flex Minimum sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,000 Maximum sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,100 Initial full term 10 years Termination rights: 90 day notice Initial firm term: 8 years Option term: 5 years Additional requirements � FSL Security Level 1 � Foundation must be able to accommodate a total of 25,000 lbs. � Space must be able accommodate the interior storage of 2 vehicles with a length of up to 18�9� and 6�9� in width with room to maneuver, park, and to do light vehicle maintenance. Estimated 4 interior parking spaces plus 1 space to maneuver, load, and unload. � Space ceiling height clearance of a minimum of 10� � Must have a minimum of 1 ground level roll-up door, which must be no smaller than a 10� x 10�. to serve as a vehicle entrance and exit into storage space. � Protected by an automatic fire sprinkler system or an equivalent level of safety. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). Expressions of interest must include the following information: -Building name and address and location of the available space within the building; -Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced; -ANSI/BOMA office area-(ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. -Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount (if any); -Date of space availability; -Building ownership information; -Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required -Government parking (if any); -Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building; and -List of building services provided.
