Solicitation 36C10G26R0009 has been canceled. BASIS FOR CANCELLATION: FAR 15.206(e) (for Negotiated Acquisitions), the Government reserves the right to cancel a solicitation, either before or after receipt of offers, when cancellation is clearly in the public interest. The cancellation of this solicitation is based upon the following: The requirement underlying this solicitation no longer meets the needs of the agency. The agency has determined that the requirement as described in the solicitation is no longer technically, operationally, or programmatically viable.
