The size standard is: $9.0 million REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: Period of Performance: 09/01/2026-06/28/2027 Option 1: 06/29/2027-07/26/2027 Place of Performance: Naval Base Point Loma (NBPL)-San Diego, CA Attachments Attachment 1: OPSEC Encl 2 Attachment 2: Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment 3: Wage Determination METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be emailed.
