Description
This Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) is being posted in accordance with RFO 16.504-3(a)(2)(i), Posting. This class JEFO will apply to all orders placed under contract SPE2D1-26-D-0002 commencing with the date of approval of the JEFO through November 24, 2029, when the four-year base period expires.
