Description

This is not a request for quote/proposal. This notice is issued pursuant to FAR 5.201(b), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence and Security (OUSW(I&S)) I&S Enterprise. The purpose of this notice is to post the Justification for Limited Source Justification (LSJ) under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.4. The CDAO has a continuing need for Professional, Technical and Engineering Support, provided under task order HQ0034-20-F-0223 using a firm-fixed-price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) price structure, to the incumbent, Redhorse Corporation (Redhorse). The current task order contract expires May 31, 2026. The Government intends to extend the task order period of performance (POP) to ensure continuity of services while the Government works to award a competitive long-term, follow-on contract. WHS/AD intends to award the follow-on contract by August 31, 2026. Therefore, a three-month bridge extension will be required to secure continued contractor support. The bridge extension has a total estimated value of $985,282.36 using fiscal year (FY) 2026 Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Funds. The POP for the bridge extension is from June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026.
