Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number (15A00026R00000014) is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-6. There is no set-aside for this requirement. A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s) are identified in the SF-1449 RFP document. Also attached are Attachment 1 - Statement of Work; Attachment 2 - Proposal Instructions and Evaluation Criteria; and Attachment 3 - Past and Present Performance Survey. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Responses are due NLT at 3pm ET on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition are consistent with customary commercial practices.
