Presolicitation Notice Department of Veterans Affairs U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: USVI City: St. Croix Delineated Area: North: Hwy 76, Hwy 72, Jealousy Estate, Drummond Ave., Hey 732, Hwy 313, Salt Bay South: South(side) Shore East: Hwy 753, Hwy 82, Hwy 62 West: Montpellier Estate, Mountain Estate, Hwy 64 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,399 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,221 Space Type: Medical Office Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Parking Spaces (Surface): 12 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 ADA Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: 0 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
