Introduction This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for providing preventative maintenance services for emergency generators and associated equipment at the Washington DC VA Medical Center, located at 50 Irving St. NW, Washington DC 20422. 2. Scope of Work The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance services for the facility s emergency generator systems in accordance with the manufacturer s recommendations, NFPA 110, Joint Commission standards, and VA policies.
