REQUEST FOR QUOTE Lee Fire Fencing Rehabilitation Project: Cultural Resource Inventory The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Colorado White River Field Office (WRFO) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #140L3726Q0116 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This RFQ is being issued as a total set-aside for small business. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Description Quantity/Acre Unit of Issue Unit Price Total CLIN 0010 Class III Cultural Resource Inventory 1,319 Acre $ $ Description: The BLM WRFO plans to reconstruct 167 miles of fences damaged by the 2025 Lee Fire and requires Class III cultural resource inventory of BLM-administered land. A 50 ft buffer will be surveyed on either side of each fence alignment for a total of 1,319 acres. Details of this requirement can be found in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and maps. NAICS: 541620 � Environmental Consulting Services PSC: B503 � Special Studies/Analysis- Archeological/Paleontological Period of Performance: August 24, 2026 � April 30, 2027 Location: The Lee Fire occurred less than 2 miles southwest of Meeker, CO and spans between State Highway 13 and Rio Blanco County Road 5 (CR-5) with one slop over CR-5 to the south across Piceance Creek. Please refer to the attached maps for details. ______________________________________________________________________________ The BLM intends to award a firm fixed-price contract resulting from this RFQ using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection method. In order to be considered technically acceptable, the contractor must demonstrate technical capability to complete the required work in accordance with the SOW and have satisfactory past performance: Offerors must include the following information with your quote submission: 1. Technical Capability: Ability to meet the specifications in the Statement of Work. 2. Past Performance/ Relevant Experience: Provide a list of at least two (2) jobs completed or ongoing in which you acted as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor responsible for performing work similar in scope and complexity to this requirement. 3. Pricing: Total, all-inclusive price to provide services and deliverables See FAR 52.212-2 in the attached clauses and provisions for more details Note: Any contractor submitting a quote must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time of submission and potential award.
