Description

The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center located in Mountain Home (Johnson City), Tennessee has a requirement for 621-22-121 Renovate Building 204 Cath Lab II in accordance with (IAW) the provided specifications and drawings. This project consists of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation. Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Magnitude of Construction: $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 NAICS code: 236220 Size Standard: $45M Period of performance: 730 calendar days from issuance of NTP Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Reference VAAR 852.219-73 This requirement will be procured per Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Part 36. This requirement is expected to be posted on or around June 10th, 2026. The estimated range of construction is Between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00 This requirement will be procured per Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Overhaul Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C §8127 (d). Only those SDVOSB s listed and viewable in the SBA DSBS database located at https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ database will be checked at the time of offer submission as well as prior to award. All offers must also have an active listing in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://sam.gov/. The awarded contractor must also submit evidence of enrollment with VETS4212. In addition to the requirements as set forth in the solicitation notice (to be issued), the proposed contractor must also be determined responsible in accordance with FAR Part 9. The Contracting Officer will determine responsibility prior to any award being made.
