Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement RLP Procurement Summary GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Baton Rouge City: Louisiana Delineated Area: North Boundary: Starting on the intersection of Interstate 12 and Airline Hwy (Hwy 61), head Eastbound on Airline Hwy (Hwy 61), until reaching the intersection of Airline Hwy (Hwy 61). and Pecue Blvd. East Boundary: From the intersection of Pecue Blvd and Interstate 10, head Westbound on Interstate 10 until reaching the intersection of Interstate 10 and Interstate 12 South Boundary: From the intersection of Airline Hwy (Hwy 61) and Pecue Blvd, head Southbound on Pecue Blvd. until reaching the intersection of Pecue Blvd and Pecue Ln. Continue Southbound until reaching the intersection of Pecue LN, and Interstate 10. West Boundary: From the intersection of Interstate 10 and Interstate 12, head Northbound on Interstate 12 until reaching the intersection of Interstate 12 and Airline Hwy (Hwy 61). Minimum Sq. Ft.
