This notice serves to notify industry and the public that the 325th contracting squadron intends to solicit for AFAS Workstations & IDS5 Software. Quotes, proposals, or bids will NOT be accepted in response to this notice. Any unsolicited quotes or offers received will be discarded and will not be evaluated by the Government. Codes for Services or Supplies: Product Service Code (PSC): DE01 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 541511 SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Quantity � Three (3) complete workstation packages. Software Components � Three (3) IDS5 Workstation/Server Software Licenses. Hardware Components (per package) � TAA Compliant Mini-PC Workstation. � 19-inch Touch Display, complete with power, video, and audio cables. � USB corded Keyboard and Mouse. � Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS). Services and Support � All hardware is delivered fully staged, imaged, configured, and tested. � Telephonic installation assistance is provided and available during published business hours upon request. � Includes a comprehensive five (5) year telephonic hardware warranty and support. � Shipping and freight of the hardware items to the customer's location are included in the package. Customer Responsibilities & Assumptions � The customer is solely responsible for the installation of the staged and configured equipment deliverables. � The customer must provide all necessary LAN connection peripherals (e.g., CAT5/6 cables) as needed. � The customer is responsible for obtaining all required approvals to join the new workstation(s) to the existing AFAS network. � On-site services are not included.
