Description

In accordance with RFO 5.101(c), The 194th Wing Contracting Office issues the following Pre Solicitiation notice: 1) Point of Contact: See attached in contact information 2) 100% Small business set-aside 3) See PSC and NAICS listed in the general information. 4)(i) Description - The following requirement is intended to be awarded to Lamar Advertising as a sole-source procurement for fulfillment: Advertisement Mix, Pierce County City Buses, Spokane park benches 52 week ad campaign (74 Displays) (4)(vii) Lamar Advertising is the chosen advertising company for Pierce County public transport. All other companies would be an unnecessary third party for the requirement and no equivalent companies are known to have authorization for the same advertising spaces. As such, the proposed contract action is not being considered for competitive award.
