Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the streamlined procedures of FAR Part 12 (Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Subpart 5.2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Offers (RFO). All clauses are current through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective March 13, 2026. DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the provision of all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation necessary to provide the required services, in accordance with the requirements set forth herein.
