The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following revised documents: - Revised Attachment Numbers - Revised BPA RFQ Cover Letter o Clarify the use of Cost o Revise paragraph 1 to add information regarding Small Business o Revise paragraph 2 to add additional information o Revise paragraph 4 Ask Me Anything Session Information - Revised Attachment 1 - ITO o Revise A&AS Contractors o Provide NDA POC Info o Revise the NDA submission requirement o Remove Price from the Evaluation Criteria - Revised BPA Ordering Guide to incorporate o Additional Ordering Procedures o Key Personnel o On/Off-Ramp Procedures - Quote Due Date Changed to 17 October 2019 at 12:00 CDT 2.
