Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1117 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Subscription and Perpetual Access to Journal of Visual Experiments (JoVE) for the National Agricultural Library. The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), intends to award on a single source basis. Potential sources who believe they can provide the services listed are invited to submit a quotation by the response date listed, in accordance with the instructions provided herein. All timely responses to this solicitation will be considered, however, the determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 513120 � Periodical Publishers The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
