Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number SP4706-26-Q-0032 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for subscription access for 4 users to Energy Intelligence platform to include Oil Markets Service (previously Oil Daily Web, Petroleum Intelligence Weekly, Jet Fuel Intelligence, and Oil Market Intelligence) for DLA Energy.
