Amendment 0001: Extension of offer due date from 09 July 2026 to 17 July 2026 @ 3:00 PM MDT Incorporation of additional CLINs: 0004, 0005 and Option Year I CLINS 1002, 1003 *REMINDER* Please quote option year CLINs within a seperate proposal outside of the current base year pricing. The use of Option Years have not been guaranteed and will be considered based on availablility of approriated funds. The following attachments have been added/updated to this solicitation: -Solicitation Amendment SF 1449 & SF 30 -PWS for Wyoming and Maxwell Gate_AMENDED -List of Equipment Wyoming & Maxwell Barriers -UFGS 34 75 13.13 Crash Rated Active Vehicle Barriers and Controls -Q&A SFG Barrier MX - FA940126Q0021 The 377th MSG Contracting Division, at Kirtland AFB, NM is seeking Active Mobile Vehicle Barrier repair & maintenance services in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Period of Performance will be twelve (12) months after date of award. All responsible vendors may submit a quote to the 377th MSG Contracting Division electronicallly via email. Oral quotes WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. PSC/FSC: J063 NAICS: 561621 SBA Size Standard: $25,000,000 Set Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside NOTICE TO OFFERORS: RFO 52.232-18: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contract receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Option Year I is not guaranteed under award pending availability of appropriated funds. The Government requests vendors to quote the Option Year I preventative maintenance CLIN 1001 seperately either as a standalone quote or incorporated into a seperate proposal for the base + option year combined.
