Description

This requirement is to conduct a comprehensive engineering study of the current microearthquake (MEQ) network. The contractor shall perform a complete site survey and analysis of the existing network, which includes approximately 15 permanent seismic monitoring stations, 1 temporary seismic monitoring station, the Joshua Ridge repeater site, and the central data acquisition and processing site at the Navy Geothermal Program Office (GPO) office building at NAWSCL. The primary deliverable is a final Network Upgrade Plan and Cost Analysis Report. This report must provide a detailed plan, including a Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM), and a corresponding Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate for the full modernization of the network hardware, software, and communications infrastructure. The analysis must be objective, impartial, and vendor-agnostic.
