CHANGE 1 JULY 2026: The purpose of this amendment is to post the Brand Name justification that was supposed to have been posted with the solicitation. Due to posting requirements of the justification, the solicitation is extended until 1 August 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT. Questions and answers CAO 1 July 2026 are also posted. CHANGE 25 JUNE 2026: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate Addendum 1 as an attachment to the Description of Requirement (DOR), which increases some quantities and clarifies other requirements. Requirement Description: This is a requirement for the purchase and installation of an Onity Trillium Lock system upgrade at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), Michigan.
