Description

The contractor shall prepare the designated areas for asphalt millings by removing grass, vegetation, and unsuitable sub-base materials as needed to install asphalt millings. The contractor shall install four to six inches of asphalt millings. The contractor shall fine grade the asphalt millings to create proper slopes and contours while maintaining proper water drainage. The contractor shall roll the asphalt millings to compact. The contractor shall properly place all materials and compact to give uniform grades and proper water drainage
