Solicitation Amendment 0002, Issued 30 June 2026, implements the following changes: 1) The Period of Performance is revised from "NTP + 150 days" to "NTP + 440 days" and the Period of Performance end date is extended from 30 December 2026 to 10 November 2027 2) The Statement of Work (SOW) is updated via attachment C05_1-12445526Q0070_0002-Att1-SOW_Rev2. The following changes have been made: "Tree cutting shall only be performed within the following calendar window: November 1 and April 14th" is revised and replaced with: "Tree cutting shall only be performed within the following calendar window: Trees shall be cut between August 16th to April 14th." PROJECT SUMMARY: The USFS is pursuing a Purchase Order for the reconstruction of Rob Brook Road Bridge on the White Mountain National Forest. Work includes but is not limited to demolition of the existing 28' bridge structure, proper disposal of all materials, and construction of the new 44' bridge. Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments. SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business entities under NAICS 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction (Size Standard: $45M).
