Description
This notice is edited to: 1) Incoproate Amendment 1 to Attachment - Statement of Work (SOW) 2) Incorporate Amendment 1 Attachment 3 - Salient Characteristics 3) Add the small business set-aside that was originally excluded from the notice information page. However, the small business set-aside was included in the solicitation. Complete Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the attached RFQ instructions.
