Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to fulfill a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Radformation Radiotherapy Automated Contouring Software at a firm fixed price for James A. Haley VA Healthcare System for a period of performance of 12 months. Radformation s Radiotherapy Automated Contouring Software is a specialized software tool used for contouring, plan evaluation, secondary dose calculation, and automated 3D treatment planning. The software must fully integrate with existing Eclipse Treatment Planning System, must be able to seamlessly integrate with different versions of Eclipse (e.g., 13.7, 15 and 16), must be Windows 11 compatible, and must automatically perform verification of treatment objectives and constraints for the investigated treatment plans. RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, UEI #, Cage Code Capabilities Statement Place of Manufacturing Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS Code 513210 and Small Business Size Standard $47.0 Million Authorized distributorship letter from the manufacturer (If a distributor) Any additional information that demonstrates the ability to meet the Government s requirement. *NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside if two or more responses are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below. Responses are due to Quentin Ford at Quentin.Ford@va.gov by 10:00AM (EST) on Thursday, July 30, 2026. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
