Amendment 1 provides a question and answer to vendors. The due date is unchanged. The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469026Q0025, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. The 28th Civil Engineering Squadron at Ellsworth AFB has a requirement for a turn-key, self-contained 8,000-10,000-gallon above ground fuel storage and dispensing system for diesel fuel, in accordance with the attached salient characteristics. This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332420 with a size standard of 750 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 Solicitation, Attachment 1 -Salient Characteristics. All questions and comments on this Solicitation must be submitted in writing to joseph.mace.3@us.af.mil no later than 26 May 2026 by 3:00pm MDT. Please title all emails with questions with the following subject line: ?FA469026Q0025 ?Solicitation ? Diesel Storage Tank?. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement
