Description

Requirement Overview The Operational Contracting Division, Air Force Test Center (AFTC/PZIOA) at Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement and installation of a Quasonix QTrack Portable Low-Gain Antenna System (Part # QSX-QTQ-200-CA) and an associated heavy-duty tripod (Part # QSX-AC-TRIPOD-HD). This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 334220 (size standard 1,250 employees) and PSC 5985. Competition & Brand-Name Restriction To ensure seamless interoperability and data integrity with the 896th Test Support Squadron's existing inventory of telemetry receivers, this acquisition is restricted to the Quasonix brand name (Justification attached IAW RFO 5.201(c)(3)). However, this requirement is fully competitive among authorized resellers. The Government invites all responsible, authorized small business resellers of Quasonix products to submit a quote. Offers of alternative brands (other than Quasonix) will be deemed non-responsive and will not be evaluated.
