Description
The purpose of the amendment is to: 14.1. This Amendment 0001 is hereby amending and incorporating the redacted Justification & Approval (JA) for Brand Name. The redacted Justification & Approval (JA) will be attached as a separate attachment. 14.2. Please acknowledge all amendment to the solicitation when submission of your final technical and quotation. 14.3. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. This solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Part 12., as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for quotes being requested. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) changes to the notification clause. The United States Army Signal Activity (USASA)-Belvoir requires a non-personnel services contract to provide a full-scope, turnkey solution for the replacement, installation, configuration, and commissioning of its existing Physical Access Control System (PACS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS). The facility requires a solution rated for a Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) environment, demanding the highest levels of security, reliability, and compliance. The new integrated system must be fully compliant with all current Department of Defense (DoD), Federal, and Army regulations to protect critical national security assets, personnel, and information.
