SET-ASIDES Set-Aside Status: Not Applicable. The proposed contract action is a sole-source bridge acquisition intended for award to the incumbent contractor, CC Distributors, Inc. (210 McBride Ln, Corpus Christi, TX 78408-2338), to prevent a critical break in supply-chain services. No small business or local area set asides apply to this action. 3. DESCRIPTION The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, and materials to operate a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) storefront and warehouse at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The COCESS functions as a simplified procurement and logistics hub for the Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) and base Facility Managers to acquire commercial and industrial materials, tools, and equipment. .4.1 Procedures for Award: Other than full and open competition under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 ("Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements"). The Government intends to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) bridge contract with CC Distributors, Inc. 4.2. Period of Performance: A six (6) month base period (1 October 2026 � 31 March 2027) with one six (6) month option period (1 April 2027 � 30 September 2027). 4.3. Anticipated Award Date: 1 October 2026. 5. Interested businesses may identify their capability to fulfill this requirement by submitting a capability statement. Responders must clearly demonstrate in their capability statement that they have the capability to seamlessly integrate a COCESS by 1 October 2026. Documentation submitted shall not exceed 5 pages and must be submitted electronically via email to the POCs in paragraph 1.
