This notice DOES NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid.� No formal solicitation document exists at this time. � This is a request for information. The Charles George VA Medical Center is requesting a loading dock extension package. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide the loading dock extension at 1100 Tunnel Road Asheville, NC 28805. No changes shall be made to the existing structure. This is a turnkey solution to provide and install a dock extension system with canopy, dock levelers, and access stairs to improve the functionality of the current loading dock area that services the facility logistics department.
