*****AWARD LIMITED TO SEAPORT MAC HOLDERS ONLY***** Sources Sought for PMA-274 Presidential Helicopters Program/Project Management Support Services. The Presidential Helicopters Program Office (PMA-274) at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, Maryland is acquiring services to perform project management, acquisition management, physical security and access control, information technology (IT), and technical services to support the execution of PMA-274 acquisition programs. PMA-274, a program office under the Program Executive Officer, Air, Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), Assault and Special Mission Programs (PEO(A)) is responsible for the life-cycle management of the VH Presidential Helicopters, including the VH-3D, VH-60N, VH-92? aircraft and trainers. PMA-274 requirements include tasks in research, development, test and evaluation and sustainment phases of the acquisition life cycle to implement upgrades and modifications to ensure that aircraft continue to meet mission requirements. The results of the Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-Aside opportunities exist. Additionally, this sources sought is being used to gather constructive information from industry to improve the task order request (TOR). This is a follow-on requirement.
