Description

Update 6/3/2026: Q&A has been attached with corresponding RFQ Amendment #1 (refer to the track changes version and/or the clean version). Note: Due to the federal holiday, the deadline for quotes has been extended until 10:00am (Eastern) on Monday, June 22, 2026. This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 75F40126Q00171 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for CTP Advertising Data Monitoring Subscription and Training. Simplified procedures are being utilized in accordance with FAR 12.201-1. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 518210 (Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services), with a small business size standard of $40 million. The product or service code is DH10 (IT and Telecom - Platform As A Service: Database, Mainframe, Middleware). The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria). If an item in this solicitation is identified as "brand name or equal," the purchase description reflects the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government�s needs. The salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics that "equal" products must meet are specified in the solicitation.
