Description

The United States Air Force (USAF) through Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Tinker AFB, OK 73145 is soliciting to procure services of the repair of the F108 COMPRESSOR INLET TEMPERATURE (CIT) SENSORS, NSN: 2915-01-139-6618PN. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all materials to accomplish repair, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the F108 Compressor Inlet Temperature (CIT) Sensors. The work encompasses the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, repair, reassembly, testing, and finishing actions rquired to return the item to a serviceable condition in accordance with the solicitation requirements and all attachments. A Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract with a one (1) year basic period and four (4) one-year options is contemplated. In accordance with RFO 22.1003-6(b), this repair shall be deemed to be a service and as such, will be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards statute. The requirements set forth in this notice are defined in Purchase Request FD20302502031-00 as follows: Line Item 0001: Repair of F108 Compressor Inlet Temperature (CIT) Sensors; NSN: 2915-01-139-6618PN; P/N: 8901-180, 9178M37P02 Nomenclature/Noun: SENSOR, COMPRESSION RMC/RMSC: R3/C NAICS: 336412 Function: The CIT sensor consists of a guarded, constant volume, gas filled coil and a metering valve which meters fuel across the orifice. Quantity: BEQ 150 EACH per year Delivery: 12 each every 30 days. Delivery Schedule will be defined on each subsequent delivery order issued. Early delivery is acceptable. Shipping: Ship to SW3211, DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma, 3301 F Ave Cen Rec Bldg 506 Dr 22, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-8000. UID: UID requirements will apply. Line Item 0002: Over and Above Work - To Be Negotiated Line Item 0003: Data in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List, DD Form 1423-1 - Not Separately Priced History: Contract Number: FA8122-21-D-0008; Award Date: 28 JUN 2021 Qualification Requirements: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS APPLY. CAGE: 66503 All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quality Assurance Provisions and Special Inspection Requirements: Higher-level contract quality requirements are used in ADDITION to a standard inspection requirement. A quality system compliant with ISO 9001:2000 is required. Compliance is demonstrated by certification or third party audit findings, such as from a DCMA QMS audit. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Based upon market research, the Government is using policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminsh the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluatiuon of proposals or in the source selection process.
