This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06 (eff. 08/27/202]. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Debakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX is seeking to purchase additional door hardware for the current PAC (Physical Access Control) System.
