This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06 (eff. 08/27/202]. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561261, with a small business size standard of $25M. The FSC/PSC is N063. The Michael E. Debakey VA Medical Center in Houston, TX is seeking to purchase additional door hardware for the current PAC (Physical Access Control) System. All interested companies shall provide quotations in section B.2 Price/Cost Schedule of the SOW. Delivery shall be provided no later than 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). See section B.3 Delivery Schedule for delivery information. Offerors must complete annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website located at https://sam.gov/.
