Description
Amend 2 This amendment is to adjust the deadline to the correct closing date. The correct date is Jul 31, 2026. Amend 1 This solicitation has been extended to Jul 24, 2026 to account for summer breaks and the holiday. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15BFA024R00000015 is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP) for Comprehensive Medical Services. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) Please see Section B in the attached solicitation for details regarding Line-Items. (iii) No brand name requirements for the items are to be acquired. (iv) Services rendered will be provided at FCC Forrest City located in Forrest City, Arkansas. The date and times will be determined after award. Please see attached solicitation for details. (v) Please see Sections K, L & M in the attached solicitation documents for a list of contract clauses that apply to this acquisition. (vi) Please see Sections G, H & I in the attached solicitation documents for a list of contract clauses that apply to this acquisition.
