Amendment 0003 Some questions were received from interested vendors and answers were provided. See the attached Q&A document. Also, due to summer breaks and the holiday, I am extending this for an additional 2 weeks. The new deadline is July 31, 2026. Amendment 0002 - Question & Answer Regarding the telehealth equipment requirement in Attachment 6 of the Pollock RFP, is it the responsibility of the awarded contractor to provide the listed Telehealth Equipment, or is it listed for information purposes regarding what equipment is currently at the Institution? The equipment listed is what the institution currently has. Amendment 0001 Closing date for receipt of proposals is extended to Jul 10, 2026 02:00 pm CDT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15BFA024R00000031is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP) for Comprehensive Medical Services. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) Please see Section B in the attached solicitation for details regarding Line-Items. (iii) No brand name requirements for the items are to be acquired. (iv) Services rendered will be provided at FCC Pollock located in Pollock, Louisiana. The date and times will be determined after award. Please see attached solicitation for details. (v) Please see Sections K, L & M in the attached solicitation documents for a list of contract clauses that apply to this acquisition. (vi) Please see Sections G, H & I in the attached solicitation documents for a list of contract clauses that apply to this acquisition. (vii) Offers shall be received via email (ldthomas@bop.gov and BOP-ADM-FAO-CMS-S@bop.gov) on or before the deadline as listed on the SF-33 Block 9.
