This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12445526Q0061 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for MOF FR86 Base Repair and Resurfacing. PROJECT SUMMARY: The USFS is pursuing a Purchase Order to provide road repair construction services on Forest Road 86, on the Monongahela National Forest. Work includes but is not limited to base failure repair, pavement failure repair, and resurfacing. Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments. SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business entities under NAICS 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction (Size Standard: $45M).
