The purpose for this amendment is to address the following: Clarify Site Visit Information: Date: February 9, 2026 Time: 10:00am Location: Building 2 Lobby Bedford VA Medical Center 200 Springs Road Bedford, MA 01730 Clarify what services will be performed at each location: Crescent House Yearly Boiler Maintenance (PM Annually Every Year) will be performed at the Lowell Location, as follows: Lowell location 10 Veterans Way Lowell, MA 01852 All other services will be performed at the following location: Bedford VA Medical Center 200 Springs Road Bedford, MA 01730 Please submit all questions and quotes to: Carissa.Sarazin@va.gov and Yolanda.Rankin@va.gov. All other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
