DELIVERY LINE 2 IN THE AMOUNT OF 640 CS/ 16 SK PER MONTH. DELIVERY LINE 3 IN THE AMOUNT OF 80 PER MONTH. FOB: Destination Vendor pays shipping quote accordingly Delivered/Distributed among 1 CMOP Location(s) See RFQ Quote Spreadsheet for Delivery Location(s). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. Price Schedule must be returned in excel format in the solicitation attachments. Company and Point of Contact information must be filled out. Manufacturer name must be filled out. Product Country of Origin must be filled out. Vendors that fail to provide the Price Schedule and required information may be deemed technically unacceptable. Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. An NMR Waiver for NAICS code 325992 is being utilized for this solicitation. The solicitation for this acquisition will be posted on Contract Opportunities (SAM.GOV). It is the vendors responsibility to monitor Contract Opportunities (SAM.GOV) for changes or amendments. All solicitation packages will be submitted via email.
