Description
This is a negotiated procurement action requesting proposals. See the attached documents for more information. The Project Title is Provide Gravel Parking Area at 2611 Vo Tech Drive, Weslaco TX78596. This is a total (100%) small business set aside. The NAICS for this action is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The size standard is $45,000,000. As required by FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Offerors interested in a site visit prior to solicitation closing must contact Shawn.T.Jenkins@uscg.mil and Angela.M.Barker@uscg.mil immediately to facilitate access to the worksite. Attendance at a site visit is not mandatory and will not influence the outcome of this procurement. Offerors must be registered at SAM.gov at the time of offer submittal.
