Project Number: 438-23-450, Replace & Upgrade Community Living Center (CLC) HVAC at Sioux Falls VA Health Care System in in Sioux Falls, SD. i ll VA Contracting POC: Michael Warrick, Phone: 402-996-3534, Email: michael.warrick@va.gov Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary in accordance with the construction documents for completion of the project. The purpose of this project is to replace and upgrade CLC HVAC that services the community living center at the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System.
