SOURCES SOUGHT FOR: WA NP OLYM 12(8), HURRICANE RIDGE ROCKFALL MITIGATION MP 9.4 This solicitation is a "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" only for the proposed contract work listed in the requirements section below. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Plans and specifications are not available at this time. Responses to this Sources Sought must be received by email no later than the date specified in the response section. The intent of this sources sought is for market research to determine contractors with the necessary experience and resources capable of performing this work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine whether your company has the capability and experience to compete for this acquisition. Project Location and Type of Work This project is located approximately 11 Miles S of Port Angeles, WA. The primary objective of the proposed project is to construct a rockfall mitigation system. The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract. NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $45 million. The project is anticipated to go on advertisement in (Fall/ Winter 2026) with construction in (Spring, Summer and Fall 2027). The estimated Price Range: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 Response: Any offeror capable of providing this service shall submit responses to this Sources Sought Notice by submitting the MS Form (link under Attachment/links) or via email: WFL.CONTRACTS@DOT.GOV no later than no later than June 26, 2026, 1400 PT.
