Description
Project Title: Rubber Removal and Airfield Markings Project Location: Dyess AFB, TX DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this requirement is to provide a phased, standalone service to remove the rubber accumulated on two runways at Dyess AFB TX, as well as re-paint the airfield markings once the rubber has been removed. Both rubber removal and airfield marking will be performed IAW provided drawing specifications. There will be no site visit for this requirement. SET- ASIDE: This is a total small business set aside. Offerors who are not registered as a small business in SAM.gov will not be considered for this award. REQUIRMENTS: Interested vendors must submit a capability statement, technical approach document outlining how all requirements in the SOW will be accomplished, and this form with all information filled out. DUE DATE: January 7th, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. (CST). Please send your offers to Lt. Parra at anthony.parra.2@us.af.mil EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on lowest price found to be technically acceptable. By signing its offer, the offeror certifies that each price stated on each CLIN includes an appropriate apportionment of all costs, direct and indirect, all state and local taxes, overhead, and profit. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of magnitude of construction projects: Between $100,000 and $250,000 Q&A: All questions are due by 17 December 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, to be sent to both 2nd Lt Anthony Parra (anthony.parra.2@us.af.mil) and 1st Lt Abigail Noe (abigail.noe.1@us.af.mil). ***AMENDMENT 1*** : The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Add filled out questions and answers document that contains answered questions received before the deadline for submission. 2. Add clause 52.213-4, and provision 52.204-24 to the solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
