Sources Sought MT PRAIRIE 2016(3), Milwaukee Bridge Resurfacing and Rehabilitation This solicitation is a "REQUEST FOR INFORMATION" only for the proposed contract work listed in the requirements section below. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Final plans and specifications are not available at this time. Responses to this Sources Sought must be received by email no later than the date specified in the response section. This intent of this sources sought is for market research to determine contractors with the necessary experience and resources capable of performing this work. Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company has the capability and experience to compete for this acquisition. REQUIREMENT: NAICS Code 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction apply to this procurement with a size standard of $45 million. Estimated Price Range: $5 - $10 Million Project Location and Type of Work � The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-priced construction contract. The project consists of replacement of existing timber decking with metal grid bridge deck, replacement of existing timber railing with metal bridge rail, performing scour remediation and concrete repair, and grading and resurfacing of the roadway adjacent to the bridge, project length is 0.348 mile. The project spans the Yellowstone River and is located approximately five (5) miles west of the City of Terry in Prairie County, Montana. The project includes replacing the existing timber decking with metal grid bridge deck (approx. 1,080� long x 15� wide), replacing the existing timber railing with metal bridge rail (approx. 2,170� long), and performing scour remediation and concrete repair. The work includes demolition of the existing timber bridge deck and existing timber railing. Additional Project Details The scope of work will require a specialized contractor that is experienced in performing bridges preservation work, within culturally and environmentally sensitive areas. The estimated period of performance will begin with an anticipated award in Spring 2026 and a fixed completion in Winter 2026 Response: Any offeror capable of providing this service shall respond to this Sources Sought by submitting the MS Form (Link under Attachment/Links) no later than 11/21/2025, 1400 PT.
