THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE NOT A SOLICITATION. A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 26, 2026. The Dallas VA Medical Center currently has a requirement to Upgrade Chillers & Cooling Towers at Energy Center. The VAMC is located at 4500 S Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX, 75216. . The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $19 M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
