FY25 SHILOH - REPLACE FIXTURES AND TILE IN RESTROOM FY25 Shiloh National Military Park � Replace Restroom Fixtures and Tile in Comfort Station The National Park Service, Contracting Operations East, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement Shiloh National Military Park. It is the intent of this service contract to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace all wall and floor tile, all fixtures such as sinks, commodes, partitions, mirrors, grad bars, urinals, and hand dryers in the comfort station restrooms, in the current footprint used as before, to Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS), ensuring all work is done safely to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and meets county, state, and federal laws and all applicable regulations and Tennessee codes. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. A site Visit is scheduled for June 23rd, 2025 at 9:00CT. Shiloh National Military Park, 1055 Pittsburg Landing Road, Shiloh Tennessee 38376 Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience.
