Description

The 502 Contracting Squadron, JBSA Lackland Air Force Base (AFB) TX, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following item. Description: The item required is for purchase and installation of a Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS). This is a brand-name restreicted requirement. See the attached SOW for additional details. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY: The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to query the market for potential interested, capable, repsonsbile, and qualified Contractors that can provide/perform the stated in Performance Work Statement. The government is interested in collecting market data/information in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 561621. NOTE: If you believe the above NAICS to be incorrect please suggest alternate NAICS for this acquisition. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to provide the above-listed service are invited to submit a repsonse to this Soruces Sought Notice by February 25, 2026.
